6. Payment and Subscription Terms
6.1 Fees
Certain features of our services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our platform at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in South African Rand unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms.
6.2 Billing
For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected. Subscription fees will be billed in advance of each billing period.
6.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any fee changes, and such changes will not apply to any current subscription period.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid services until that date.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for individual workshops or courses. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violation of these terms.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Primalivexa. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services available through such websites or services.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. 10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred South African Rand, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primalivexa and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@primalivexa.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution

14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
14.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
